"While Iowa continues its preparations for the season, sophomore running back Brandon Wegher remains at home in South Dakota, making his status uncertain.
Hawkeyes coach Kirk Ferentz is waiting for word from Wegher about whether he will join the team.
"I guess all I can say is we all have periods in our lives where we reflect a little bit and think about things," Ferentz said. "I think that's pretty much where he's at right now, sorting through some things. We're certainly hopeful that he chooses to come back. It's going to be his decision, either way."
Wegher ran for a 641 yards and set a school record for freshman with eight touchdowns last season. He was to compete with fellow sophomores Jewel Hampton and Adam Robinson for playing time."
Bro, enough with the Brett Favre like drama. Make up your mind already.
