Man arrested for filming under women’s skirts at Coralville mall

A Coralville man was arrested Monday after police say he filmed two women without their knowledge at the Coral Ridge Mall.

According to an arrest report, Richard K. Rowell, 66, allegedly reached under the skirts of two different women at two different locations at the mall, 1451 Coral Ridge Ave., and taped them with a camcorder.

Police said the victims did not have knowledge that Rowell was filming them. Rowell has been charged with invasion of privacy, a serious misdemeanor.
