The editor of the French Magazine, Closer, claims she has some racy pics of the Royal Penis and Kate Middleton. She states, ""I won't hide the fact that there are more intimate pictures that exist that we haven't published and will not publish. These images are full of joy, not degrading." But she's not saying she' releasing them.  Rather, "Hey Royal Family, Bring on the lawsuit and we'll see what happens!"

St. James' Palace said in a statement to BBC News Friday that "legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge against the publishers of Closer Magazine France." The blurry photos, taken earlier this month as the royal couple vacationed at a private estate in Provence, near the French Riviera, were published in the magazine Friday. Lawsuit, aw yes, of course.

Khloe Kardashian opened up about her fertility struggles on “Good Morning America” on Thursday, confessing, ”I never knew all the difficulties with getting pregnant.” Khloe says she thought it would be “easy” to get pregnant because “my mom had so many kids and Kourtney has like popped them out like a pez dispenser.” Over the past few years, Khloe reveals she’s realized “it’s not as easy as you might think.” As for the steps she and Lamar Odom are taking to get pregnant, she jokes, “One of them is self-explanatory,” before adding that she’s been “on hormones,” and that the process is largely “trial and error.” I thought the hardest part would be finding someone to "help" her get pregnant... Chris' rep tells us, "His tattoo is a sugar skull (associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead) and a MAC cosmetics design he saw.  It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported." According to the tattoo artist, CB brought him the "sugar skull" design from a MAC ad the singer had seen.     I'm so getting a tree on my neck in commemoration of Christmas.
